2. איך אנחנו משתמשים בנתונים

3. אבטחת מידע

4. שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים
אנחנו לא מוכרים את המידע שלך לצדדים שלישיים לעולם.
שירותים משולבים

נתוני פלטפורמת Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
החיבור לפלטפורמות של Meta הוא וולונטרי לחלוטין ומתבצע רק לאחר שבעל סביבת העבודה מאשר אותו במסך /meta. כל הנתונים נאספים אך ורק עבור העסק המחובר.
אילו נתונים אנחנו מקבלים
**פרטי עמוד פייסבוק וחשבון אינסטגרם:** מזהה, שם, תמונה וסטטוס החיבור. • **הודעות Messenger, Instagram Direct ו-WhatsApp Business:** תוכן ההודעה, שם ותמונת הפרופיל של השולח, מזהה השיחה, מדיה מצורפת וחותמות זמן. • **תגובות ופניות בעמודים:** תוכן התגובה ומזהה המפרסם, רק אם הפעלת את המודול. • **טפסי לידים (Lead Ads):** התשובות שהמשתמש מילא בטופס, שם הטופס ומזהה המודעה. • **ביצועי מודעות:** נתונים מצטברים של קמפיינים (חשיפות, קליקים, עלות, לידים).
למה אנחנו משתמשים בנתונים
הצגת השיחות בתיבת הדואר הנכנס של העסק ומענה ללקוחות. • ניהול לידים ולקוחות בכרטיסייה אחת (CRM). • דוחות ביצועים עבור העסק המחובר בלבד.
אנחנו לא משתמשים בנתוני Meta לפרסום, לפרופיילינג חוצה-אתרים או לכל מטרה שאינה השירות שהעסק ביקש.
שמירה, שיתוף ואבטחה
**שמירה:** הנתונים נשמרים כל עוד סביבת העבודה פעילה והחיבור ל-Meta קיים. • **שיתוף:** לעולם לא נמכור ולא נשתף נתוני Meta עם צדדים שלישיים. ספק המשנה היחיד הוא ספק האחסון והתשתית שלנו (Supabase), המאחסן את הנתונים עבורנו. • **אבטחה:** אסימוני הגישה (Access Tokens) של Meta מוצפנים במנוחה ונגישים אך ורק לקוד השרת שלנו; הם אינם נשלחים לדפדפן בשום שלב. כל תעבורה מוצפנת ב-TLS, וכל סביבת עבודה מבודדת ברמת מסד הנתונים.
איך מנתקים
בכל רגע ניתן להיכנס למסך /meta במערכת וללחוץ על "ניתוק". הפעולה מבטלת את ההרשאות מול Meta, מסירה את ה-Webhooks מכל עמוד מחובר ומוחקת את האסימונים ואת נתוני החיבור מהמערכת. בנוסף ניתן להסיר את האפליקציה דרך הגדרות פייסבוק שלך.
6. שמירת נתונים
אנחנו שומרים את הנתונים שלך כל עוד החשבון שלך פעיל ולפי הפירוט הבא:
נתוני חשבון ופרופיל — כל עוד החשבון פעיל. • נתונים עסקיים (לידים, לקוחות, עסקאות, שיחות) — כל עוד החשבון פעיל. • לוגים ונתוני שימוש — עד 90 יום. • גיבויים — עד 30 יום לאחר מחיקה.
מחיקת נתונים
יש לך שליטה מלאה על הנתונים שלך, כולל הנתונים שהתקבלו מפלטפורמות Meta.

9. עוגיות (Cookies)
**עוגיות הכרחיות:** לשמירת התחברות ופעילות המערכת. • **עוגיות העדפות:** לזכירת הגדרות כמו שפה ומצב תצוגה. • **עוגיות אנליטיקה:** להבנת דפוסי שימוש לשיפור המערכת.

1. What data we collect

2. How we use the data
**Providing the service:** running the platform and giving you access to its features. • **Communication:** sending notifications, reminders and important system messages. • **Automations:** running the automations you configured. • **Product improvement:** analysing usage patterns to improve the experience. • **Support:** providing technical support and troubleshooting.
3. Security
**Database-level isolation:** each workspace can only see its own data. • **TLS encryption:** all traffic between the browser and our servers is encrypted. • **Secure authentication:** every request is verified with a digitally signed token. • **Passwords:** stored with one-way hashing and accessible to nobody. • **Integration tokens:** encrypted at rest and reachable only by server-side code. • **Infrastructure:** automated backups, monitoring and regular security reviews.
4. Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data to third parties.
Sub-processors and integrations
**Supabase:** our hosting and infrastructure provider, where the data is stored. • **Google (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts):** only if you connect your account. • **Resend:** for sending email — receives recipient addresses and message content. • **Twilio:** for SMS and calls — only if you enable the plugin. • **Meta:** for receiving messages and leads — only if you connect your Page.
When we disclose data
With your explicit consent for a specific integration. • When required by law or a court order. • To protect our rights or the safety of our users.
Meta Platform data (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
Connecting Meta platforms is entirely optional and happens only after the workspace owner approves it on the /meta screen. All data is collected solely for the connected business.
What data we receive
**Facebook Page and Instagram account details:** id, name, picture and connection status. • **Messenger, Instagram Direct and WhatsApp Business messages:** message content, sender name and profile picture, conversation id, attached media and timestamps. • **Page comments and inquiries:** comment content and author id, only if you enable that module. • **Lead Ads submissions:** the answers the user filled in the form, the form name and the ad id. • **Ad performance:** aggregated campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, leads).
Why we use it
Showing conversations in the business inbox and replying to customers. • Managing leads and customers in one CRM record. • Performance reporting for the connected business only.
We never use Meta data for advertising, cross-site profiling or any purpose other than the service the business asked for.
Retention, sharing and security
**Retention:** data is kept while the workspace is active and the Meta connection exists. • **Sharing:** Meta data is never sold or shared with third parties. Our only sub-processor is our hosting and infrastructure provider (Supabase), which stores the data on our behalf. • **Security:** Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest and reachable only by our server-side code; they are never sent to the browser. All traffic is TLS encrypted and every workspace is isolated at the database level.
How to disconnect
At any time you can open /meta in the app and press "Disconnect". This revokes the token with Meta, removes the webhooks from every connected Page and deletes the tokens and connection data from our systems. You can also remove the app from your Facebook settings.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active, as follows:
Account and profile data — while the account is active. • Business data (leads, customers, deals, conversations) — while the account is active. • Logs and usage data — up to 90 days. • Backups — up to 30 days after deletion.
Data deletion
To delete your Meta data, open /meta in BOX and click Disconnect. To delete your whole workspace, email info@theouterspace.online — deletion is completed within 30 days.
You have full control over your data, including data received from Meta platforms.
**Delete Meta data:** open /meta in the app and press "Disconnect". Permissions are revoked with Meta, webhooks are removed and tokens and connection data are deleted immediately. • **Delete the entire workspace:** email info@theouterspace.online from the address you registered with. We verify your identity and delete all account data. • **Timeline:** deletion is completed within 30 days of the request, including removal from backups.
We send you a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.
8. Your rights
**Access:** request a copy of the data we hold about you. • **Rectification:** update or correct inaccurate information. • **Erasure:** request deletion of your data. • **Portability:** export your data in a common format (CSV).
9. Cookies
**Essential cookies:** to keep you signed in and run the app. • **Preference cookies:** to remember settings such as language and theme. • **Analytics cookies:** to understand usage patterns and improve the product.
