BOX CRM היא מערכת לניהול קשרי לקוחות המיועדת לעסקים קטנים ובינוניים, ומספקת כלים לניהול לידים, לקוחות, עסקאות, פרויקטים, משימות ותקשורת.
תנאי שימוש אלה מהווים הסכם משפטי מחייב בינך ("המשתמש") לבין BOX CRM. בשימוש במערכת אתה מסכים לתנאים אלה במלואם.
2. הגדרות
**"המערכת"** — פלטפורמת BOX CRM על כל רכיביה. • **"משתמש"** — כל אדם או ישות המשתמשים במערכת. • **"חשבון"** — חשבון משתמש רשום במערכת. • **"נתונים"** — כל המידע שהמשתמש מזין, מעלה או מאחסן במערכת. • **"ארגון"** — קבוצת משתמשים הפועלים יחד תחת אותה סביבת עבודה.
3. רישום וחשבון משתמש
3.1 תנאי רישום
גיל מינימלי לשימוש במערכת הוא 18 שנים. • עליך לספק מידע מדויק ועדכני בעת הרישום. • אתה אחראי לעדכן את פרטי החשבון בכל שינוי.
3.2 אבטחת החשבון

שימושים אסורים
שליחת הודעות ספאם או תוכן לא רצוי. • ניסיון לפרוץ למערכת או לחשבונות אחרים. • העלאת תוכן בלתי חוקי, פוגעני או מזיק. • שימוש במערכת למטרות הונאה. • הפצה מחדש או מכירה של המערכת. • עקיפה של מנגנוני האבטחה או ההרשאות. • גריפת נתונים (scraping) או איסוף מידע אוטומטי.
5. קניין רוחני
כל זכויות הקניין הרוחני במערכת, כולל קוד המקור, העיצוב, הלוגו והתוכן, שייכות ל-BOX CRM. אין להעתיק, לשנות או להפיץ חלקים מהמערכת ללא אישור בכתב.
אתה שומר על מלוא הזכויות בנתונים שאתה מזין למערכת. לא נשתמש בנתונים שלך למטרות שיווק או מכירה לצדדים שלישיים.
6. הגבלת אחריות
המערכת מסופקת "כפי שהיא" (AS IS) ללא אחריות מכל סוג. אנחנו לא אחראים לנזקים ישירים או עקיפים הנובעים משימוש או אי-יכולת לשימוש במערכת.

1. Introduction
BOX CRM is a customer relationship management platform for small and medium businesses, providing tools for leads, customers, deals, projects, tasks and communication.
These terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("the user") and BOX CRM. By using the platform you accept them in full.
2. Definitions
**"The platform"** — BOX CRM and all of its components. • **"User"** — any person or entity using the platform. • **"Account"** — a registered user account. • **"Data"** — all information the user enters, uploads or stores in the platform. • **"Organisation"** — a group of users working together in one workspace.
3. Registration and accounts
3.1 Registration
The minimum age for using the platform is 18. • You must provide accurate and current information. • You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. • Do not share access credentials with others. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3.3 User types
**Owner** — full access to organisation management, settings and users. • **Team member** — limited access according to assigned permissions.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
Permitted
Managing leads, customers and deals. • Creating and sending quotes and documents. • Managing projects and tasks. • Messaging customers who opted in, in line with the policies of the connected platforms. • Using authorised integrations (Google, Meta, Twilio and others).
Prohibited
Sending spam or unsolicited content. • Attempting to breach the platform or other accounts. • Uploading illegal, offensive or harmful content. • Using the platform for fraud. • Reselling or redistributing the platform. • Circumventing security or permission mechanisms. • Scraping or automated data harvesting.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the platform, including source code, design, logo and content, belong to BOX CRM. No part may be copied, modified or distributed without written permission.
You retain full rights to the data you enter. We will not use your data for marketing or sell it to third parties.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. • Service interruptions may occur for maintenance or upgrades. • You are responsible for backing up your data. • We are not responsible for the actions of third parties (Google, Meta, Twilio and others).
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app message.
Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
